Board of Trustees Meeting
January 9th, 2012

The agenda for tonight’s meeting was approved.
Minutes of December 12th, 2011 approved as written.
Treasurer’s Report:
- Ron Haggett gave the Treasurer’s report for December and reviewed the library’s annual financial report for 2011, which will go into the town meeting report.
Library Director’s Report:
- Kathy gave the Director’s report.
- The library will be closed on January 16th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. day.
Information items
Old Business
- 2012 budget-no action at this time.
New Business
- Annual report-due to Diane Chauncey by January 16th.
- Projects for 2012: Policies review, Staff evaluation revision-These will be discussed at the meeting in February.
